LIVING AREA

The living room is open to the kitchen /dining area and has a sectional couch and Ikea chairs for extra seating and relaxation. The living room has a flat panel TV with Satellite. The unique spiral staircase separates the kitchen and leads up to the loft bedroom.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Across the hallway, the 2nd bedroom has a King-sized bed with flat panel TV. The unique spiral staircase leads up to the loft sleeping area which the kids will love. The loft has 2 twin day beds with 2 twin beds tucked underneath each and extra floor space for a play area with chairs as well.

2 BATHROOMS

Both bathrooms have custom tile walk in showers. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master bedroom, there other is accessible from the hallway.

NICE KITCHEN

The kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 6 with a bench and chairs. Outside there are also 2 picnic tables outside for BBQing and outdoor dining.

AMAZING POOL

The upstairs deck gets lots of sun. There are some patio chairs. Downstairs is shaded with a picnic tables and BBQ grill. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is a shared pool for the Sunday Villas. The laundry room is downstairs with secure storage for your fishing and beach equipment.

PARKING

The driveway can fit 1-2 small vehicles. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool.
